Ruckus events have something for anyone aged 2-72.
Our courses are designed for a wide range of participants and almost 100% of runners finish. Ruckus events are demanding enough for the elite, but achievable for all. It is all about having a unique, rewarding experience, that is as much fun as it is a challenge.
This event was created for those looking for an "Adult Playground" experience that they can't get anywhere else. There is no time limit and participants are encouraged to run the course at their own pace.
At the end of the day, the course is what the participant chooses to make it, and will provide an unforgettable experience.

"I just wanted to say what a great event! I have to say that our volunteers had a blast, and we are thrilled that we got the opportunity to work this event! I didn't realize that it would be so much fun!" - Laurie S.
The next best thing to running a Ruckus obstacle course is volunteering! 95% of surveyed volunteers said that they would help volunteer at future Ruckus events. We need plenty of volunteers to assist with important, fun roles to ensure a great event.
Volunteer benefits include:
Unique access to the course
Ruckus T-shirt
If you have a group of 25 or more, Ruckus will donate $500 to your organization. This is a great way to raise some funding and have some fun at an exciting event.
At each obstacle there will be volunteers and staff to give aid. Use your best judgment based on your condition. Please note that spectators will not be allowed on the course.
You have to be at least 14 years old to compete in a Ruckus event. If you are under 18 you will need a guardian's consent to enter in the event. All ages are as of race day.
"The kids loved the Mini-Ruckus and can't wait to do it again!"
If you want to instill a love of adventure and the outdoors in your children, this event is a perfect family affair! Children can feel the pride of completing their own mission with the Mini-Ruckus Challenge located inside the Obstacle Park in each city.
The Mini-Ruckus is always a huge hit, and we have added an all-new “Teen Course” this year for those looking for more of a challenge.
Each participant receives a T-shirt, Medal, Race Bib, and can run the course as many times as they'd like.
Remember there is no limit to the amount of times they can run the course!
Waivers will be available on race day, and must be signed and turned in at packet pickup before you can participate.
Due to the overwhelming number of participants in our events, we conduct all communication through email. If you have a question that was not answered on the FAQ or Event page, please feel free to reach out to info@ruckussports.com.
